Appetizers Creme Legere - An easy go-to pastry cream recipe. Christmas Trifle -Mary Berry's easy Christmas trifle with dried fruit compote. Cranberry Upside-Down Cake - This buttery cranberry upside-down cake nails the fruit to cake ratio for a dessert that's glossy, tart and melt in our mouth tender. Hasty Pudding with Apricot Sauce - A quicker version of the classic American Holiday dessert. This pudding is sweetened with sugar and scented with lemon and vanilla. Rosace a Lorange - A staple of Parisian patisseries during the Holidays, the candied orange slices are meant to resemble stained glass windows *Space and supplies are limited.
