Get directions in the appRelax and recharge at the Rejuventation Station. Students will have the opportuntiy to visit a variety of stations to help relax, recharge and build skills to manage stress. Mix and match a self-guided meditation room, coloring station or journaling. All materials will be provided. Open to students enrolled in the current semester.
