Cold Weather Favorites: Chicken Pot Pie

Prepare a classic chicken pot pie from scratch, including making a roux, cooking vegetables, and creating a rich, creamy filling. The class will also cover proper assembly and baking techniques for achieving a golden, flaky pastry crust. Please bring a container to transport your pie home.
