Clock That Tea: Health & Wellness with Central State University
This program is presented in partnership with Central State University and hosted at the West Branch. It is an 8 week program for young ladies grades 7-12. Program Objectives: - Increase self-esteem and confidence - Improve communication skills - Develop coping strategies - Understand nutrition basics - Identify healthy relationships - Explore leadership roles - Set personal goals. Week 1: Identity & Self-Esteem Activities: Mirror Messages, Identity Mapping Week 2: Communication & Confidence Activities: Role-play, Assertive communication Week 3: Mental Health & Coping Activities: Stress mapping, Coping toolbox Week 4: Healthy Relationships Activities: Red/Green flag activity, Boundaries Week 5: Nutrition & Self-Care Activities: MyPlate lesson, Snack demo Week 6: Leadership & Community Health Activities: CHW introduction, Community problem solving Week 7: Goal Setting Activities: Vision board, SMART goals Week 8: Reflection & Celebration Activities: Reflection circle, Certificates
