Salvation Army Christmas Toy Assistance On-Campus Sign Up

Campus Intake Date : Monday, October 5th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. In the Simmons Hall Lobby Eligibility: Children must be 14 and under and reside in Summit County. Households cannot be receiving Christmas toy or gift assistance from another social service agency. Please Bring: Photo ID, Proof of current address, Proof of all children in the household and their ages (birth certificate, ODJFS printout, report card, etc.), Proof of income, Children's preferences and sizes Additional Salvation Army Intake Dates: If you cannot attend the campus intake, additional dates will be available at The Salvation Army Akron, 190 South Maple Street.
