Computer Basics

This is an introductory computer class series that will run through 4 different computer topics over 4 weeks, starting at 2pm on Tuesdays. ** By coming to all classes, patrons will be able to organize their computer, know how to use library computers, and learn some of the ways AI is affecting your computer.** August 4 - Windows 11 Learn how to use and navigate a computer using Windows 11, like those available at WCDPL August 11 - File Explorer and Organization Takes a deeper look at computer file management and how to use 'File Explorer' to make navigating and managing your computer less intimidating. August 18 - Email with Gmail This focuses on using email that covers composing, receiving, and organizing an electronic mailbox using Gmail. August 25 - Microsoft Word This is a primer on the uses and functions available in the Microsoft Word, word-processing application. (Basic computer skills required). Computers will be available.
