Program Description: Roll into the art of sushi making! This exciting, hands-on class teaches tweens how to craft beautiful, delicious sushi rolls without the raw fish. Students will learn the fundamental techniques of seasoning perfect sushi rice, handling nori, and mastering the bamboo rolling mat. It's a creative, colorful, and flavor-packed culinary journey! On the Menu: A vibrant variety of vegetarian rolls and cooked-protein sushi rolls, served with custom dipping sauces.
