Next to Now is a peer-based program designed for next-generation family members who are preparing for future leadership or ownership in their family business. Whether you are already in a leadership role, being intentionally developed for one, or still defining your path, this series provides a trusted space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside peers facing similar challenges.
