Buddhist Meditation with Ani Palmo Rybicki

Ideal for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Each session includes meditation instruction and a Dharma talk led by Ani Palmo Rybicki, a nun in the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition and the Director and Resident Teacher of Songtsen Gampo Buddhist Center of Cleveland.
