Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate frisbee is a non-contact team sport played by throwing a disc to your teammates to try and score a point. Join us to learn about ultimate frisbee, including how to throw a disc, how to play the game, and how to enact the spirit of the game. This program welcomes all ages and will be outdoors, therefore weather dependent. A couple other yard games will be available too. Signed Waiver of Liability by participant or parent/guardian required.
