Keepsake Workshop For Those We've Lost

Herman Funeral Homes welcomes you to join a workshop on Friday, November 6, from 6-8 pm at Pottery Perfection, where you can craft a beautiful resin keepsake in memory of a loved one. Participants can select from various resin molds and use glitter, shimmer powders, and alcohol inks to design a unique memento for someone they have cherished and lost. You are encouraged to bring flat items such as photos of your person or pet (up to 2 inches), a copy of a finger/footprint, paw/nose print, dried flowers, stickers, or other personal items to personalize your creations - no cremains, please. Resin will be added to seal your piece, and once dry, you will have an everlasting keepsake in memory of your loved one. The resin is fast-curing and sets in about an hour, allowing you to take your creations home the same evening. Please bring a donation for the Food Pantry in lieu of paying an admittance fee. All ages welcome; light refreshments provided! Seating for 20 people. Please RSVP by November 5.
