On the Terrace at 5!

Join Friends of Fellows Riverside Gardens for On The Terrace at 5! On Wednesday, August 19 from 5:00pm-7:30pm at the D.D. And Velma Davis Education and Visitors Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Music will be from 5:00pm-7:30pm and door will open at 4:45pm. Due to the Café and the terrace closed for repairs, this season the events will be held in the Rossi Auditorium with access to the White Garden overlooking Lake Glacier. Rain will not be a deterrent! Lite refreshments will be included in the price of each ticket. The price for Friends members will be $20.00 per person and non-members $26.00 per person and includes two glasses of wine and assorted snacks. The Queen of Bossa Nova, Diane Drapcho, will perform her mellow, jazzy pop repertoire. Playing both acoustic and nylon-string electric guitar, Diane covers the music of Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Amy Winehouse, Burt Bacharach, Dionne Warwick, and Bill Withers - along with newer artists like Laufey and Maggie Rogers. She also brings beloved hits from The Great American Songbook (think Moon River) to life with her soothing styles. Whether you prefer to dance, listen, or socialize, these concerts offer something for everyone in a welcoming rainy-ready setting.
