Tiffin Seneca Public Library The Youth Services Department at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Solve the Mystery of Midnight Manor" for young detectives in grades 1 through 5 on Saturday, November 7. Drop in anytime between 10:00 a.m. And 12:00 p.m. Or 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. In the Frost Kalnow Room.The ghosts have returned to Lady Whitmore's Midnight Masquerade Ball, but their treasured possessions have mysteriously vanished!
