Art of Rest Workshop w/ Adriana Leone

This 2-hour program includes reflection, learning the science behind sleep and sleep difficulties, and about restorative sleep practices. At the end, participants reflect on their experience and sampling of different techniques and are encouraged to include the one they like best into their sleep routine for the next three weeks. Patrons are encouraged to bring a mat, blanket, or large towel. This program is intended for adults. Registration is required.
