Premier Mobile Health Unit Visit

This event provides patrons with Diabetes Education and the following free health screenings: Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Flu Shot, and Hemoglobin A1C. A finger stick is required for the screenings. No fasting is required. Premier Health's Mobile Clinic brings health care services and screenings directly to residents and businesses of Southwest Ohio. Our goal is to build healthier communities by offering wellness services and health education on site at workplaces, community events and places of worship. Please register in advance.
