From Solitude to Solidarity: Collective Healing After Suicide Losing a client to suicide is a profound experience that ripples through a clinician's personal life and professional identity. While traditional training often focuses on risk and liability, this workshop shifts the lens toward collective care. We recognize that a clinician's grief is not a private failing, but a shared professional reality that requires communal support, ritual, and a compassionate "holding space." This training is designed to move clinicians away from the isolation of "professional shame" and toward a community-based model of recovery and resilience. The training offers a comprehensive overview of suicide postvention - interventions following a suicide that support loss survivors and reduce future suicide risk. Participants will explore the foundations of suicide prevention, the history and research behind postvention, and how it differs from other therapeutic approaches after a loss. Discussion will focus on creating a clinical space that is proactive in support from the inside out, destigmatizes grief after client loss, and recognizes the import
