Staunton Cemetery Walk

Once again, it's the perfect time of year to wander through a cemetery and discover the sights, stories, and people of years gone by. Join fellow history enthusiasts for our annual fall cemetery walking tour at Staunton Cemetery. Local History and Genealogy Center staff and friends will don period attire and bring the stories of those interred there to life, offering a glimpse into the lives and times of Staunton's past. Staunton Cemetery is located near the intersection of Old Staunton Road and State Route 202, Troy. Parking will be available at Troy Christian Church, across the street. Please note: Staunton Cemetery is an older cemetery, and the grounds may include uneven terrain or depressions. Participants are encouraged to use caution while walking.
