National Library Card Sign-Up Month Raffle

September is National Library Card Sign-Up Month! Have you been thinking of getting a library card for yourself or your child? Had a card a long time ago that you haven't used in years? Haven't had a chance to see what's new in our selection? Now's the time to stop in because during the whole month of September the library is giving out raffle tickets to anyone who gets a new card or checks out a book. We're offering two prizes for kids up to 12 years and one prize for teens & adults. Each new patron who signs up for a card will get 10 raffle tickets, while returning patrons who check out books will get 1 ticket for eack book checked out. Library cards are free and there are no age restrictions, so even the smallest members of your family are free to share in the fun! All you need to get sign-up is a photo ID (or a parent/guardian's ID for kids) and a secondary proof of address such as mail or a car title.
