Notice is hereby given Kenton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 111 W. Franklin St., Kenton, Ohio, on August 25, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. , to consider the application of Taylored Homes LLC, owners of parcels located on Harris Street, to rezone said property from R-1 (One and Two Family) to B-3 (General Business). Situated in the County of Hardin, State of Ohio, and in the City of Kenton to wit: Being In-Lots Number 227, 228, 229, and 230 in Asher Letson's Fourth Addition to the City of Kenton, as the same are shown and designated on The recorded plat of said addition. Parcel Nos.: 06-150124.0000, 06-150125.0000, 06-150126.0000, & 06-150127.0000. A copy of the amendments & maps shall be on file for public examination in the office of the Clerk of Council at any time prior to said public hearing.
