The Xenia Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) was authorized by City Council on September 24, 2020, via passage of Resolution 2020-AA. The purpose of the CIC is to advance, encourage, and promote industrial, economic, commercial, and civic development of the City of Xenia per ORC Chapter 1724, The CIC consists of one Councilmember (currently Councilman James Crawford), the City Manager (or his designee), the Finance Director (or his designee), the Economic Development Coordinator, and three at-large members.
