Planetarium Show: DARK SIDE OF LIGHT

Life on the surface of the Earth, including humans, have adapted to the natural cycle of day and night. But with artificial lights, we now interrupt that cycle. How does this light pollution affect our ability to observe the night sky, and how does it impact us as well as nature as a whole? This program will be paired with a compilation of astrophotography images taken by photographers from around the world. Public stargazing will follow evening shows, weather permitting. $2 donation suggested for all planetarium shows. Doors close 5 minutes after published showtime.
