Scientific Instrumentation 1-day Summer Camp

Explore the technology behind real-world scientific discovery at The University of Toledo's Scientific Instrumentation Camp. Designed for high school students entering grades 10-12, this one-day, hands-on experience introduces participants to advanced instrumentation used in medicine, forensic science, chemistry and environmental research. Students will operate a variety of scientific instruments including the scanning electron microscope, mass spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, and more while working directly with UToledo's Instrumentation Center team. With only 10 spots available, this camp offers a unique opportunity to gain early exposure to college-level scientific techniques and STEM career pathways.
