Next to Now: The Family Business Transition Series

Next to Now is a peer-based program designed for next-generation family members who are preparing for future leadership or ownership in their family business. Whether you are already in a leadership role, being intentionally developed for one, or still defining your path, this series provides a trusted space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside peers facing similar challenges. Participation requires commitment and confidentiality. This shared trust creates an environment where honest conversations can happen and real learning takes place. This Session's Focus: Learnings, Reflections & Certificate Celebration In this final session, participants will reflect on what they have learned throughout the program, share key takeaways, discuss areas where they would like to continue learning, and highlight how they plan to apply these insights moving forward. Each participant will give a brief presentation summarizing their experience and growth during the course. Participants are encouraged to invite a leading generation family member or colleague to attend as we celebrate the completion of the program with certificates and a nice, hot breakfast.
