Introduction to Supervision

Format: In Person (Grosvenor West 111) and Online (Teams) This introductory workshop welcomes participants to the Supervisory Pathway and provides an overview of its goals, vision, structure, and expectations, including the roadmap of core and elective workshops. Participants will hear leadership perspectives from guest speakers, explore the essential responsibilities and practices of effective supervisors, and reflect on what they hope to gain from the pathway.
