Pumpkin Carving with LWiB

October 14th, 2026 - Pumpkin Carving Activity: LWiB members will come together for a social on Sigma Sigma Commons, where we will carve pumpkins, create fall-themed crafts, and enjoy fall treats. Room: Sigma Sigma Commons Food: ● Apple cider ● Hot chocolate ● Pumpkin Cookies Attire: Casual Fall Attire Breakdown:HR Team will purchase pumpkins, carving tools, and supplies prior to the event. Carving stations will be arranged in the event space, along with a refreshment area for snacks and drinks. Members will be provided with pumpkins and decorating materials upon arrival. At theconclusion of the event, the team will facilitate cleanup of all carving materials, pumpkin scraps, and event decorations, ensuring the space is returned to its original condition. Purpose:To provide members with a fun and engaging opportunity to build relationships, strengthen member engagement and connection, and take a break from academic responsibilities through a seasonal social event.
