Hudson Players: Come From Away

Directed by: Dawn Yamokoski Music Directed by: Heidi Herczeg Music & Lyrics: Irene Sankoff and David Hein Produced by special arrangement with: Music Theatre International Come From Away is the inspiring true story of what happened when 38 planes were forced to land unexpectedly in the tiny town of Gander, Newfoundland, after the events of September 11, 2001. With their town suddenly filled with thousands of stranded passengers from around the world, the people of Gander opened their homes - and their hearts - to complete strangers. It's a heartfelt, funny, and uplifting story about kindness, community, and the unexpected connections that can bring people together when the world feels divided.
