College Panhellenic Council (CPH): Stronger Together: Mental Health Awareness Event

CPH is hosting a campus‑wide Mental Health Awareness event dedicated to promoting wellness, reducing stigma, and strengthening our campus community. The program will feature a guest speaker who will address stress management and the importance of prioritizing mental health. Following the presentation, students are invited to participate in engaging activities designed to foster connection and support. CPH aims to remind every student that they are not alone, and that a wide range of resources is always available to support their well‑being.
