Depending on the group's needs each week, students may participate in guided discussions, group activities, journaling, studying together, or learning songs. Both in‑person and virtual options are available, making it easy for students to join in a way that feels comfortable for them. These nights are designed to help students build community, develop coping skills, and find encouragement during the ups and downs of college life.
