Sound Bath: Natural Wellness Unveiled

Back by popular demand! Elita's Well returns to the Quaker Room to lead patrons through a 90-minute sound bath. Patrons are encouraged to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, fuzzy socks, and anything else you think will help your body relax during the session. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for this program. This event is free of cost and open to the public. Advanced registration is required and may be completed using the form below.
