Springfield Arts Council - Mean Girls Jr. Registration for tickets will begin about 1 month prior to the start date for each program. There is a limit of 4 tickets per household. If you are unable to attend a program, we ask that you cancel at least 1 week prior to the program. This will allow those that may be on the waitlist to attend. **Please note that tickets will be available for participants at will call at the John Legend Theater, 700 South Limestone Street, Springfield, Ohio.
