Birding by Kayak at Pipe Creek Wildlife Area

Join H2Ohio for a Birding by Kayak event at the Pipe Creek Wildlife Area in Sandusky. This program is beginner friendly and completely free. After discussing water safety, everyone will be heading out in their sit-in kayaks for an hour and a half scenic paddle with a focus on birds! Binoculars will be provided, though feel free to bring your own. Everyone will be meeting at the kayak launch at Face Street, River Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870 (41.448028, -82.669964). LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. All programs are subject to change or cancellation. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Children must be at least 10 yrs. Old and/or able to paddle on their own.
