Each summer, Bay Shore recruits nearly 70 individuals who are looking for more than just a summer job - they are invited to spend several months serving on mission, growing in their own faith, developing a deeper walk with God, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Opportunities include Cabin Guides, program and maintenance support, administrative and kitchen staff, traveling day camp team members, health officers, worship leaders, and Adventure Crew positions at Bay Shore's Faith Quest campus. With such a wide variety of roles, Bay Shore offers opportunities for students with many different gifts, skills, and interests to find a place to serve, grow, and make an impact.
