Dedication of Thornton Memorial Park August 23, 3:00 pm Thornton Memorial Park The Village of Saint Paris would like to share a special event with our community. Please join us for the dedication ceremony of Thornton Memorial Park on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The park is located at 126 S. Springfield St., Saint Paris, Ohio. All are welcome as we honor Dale Thornton and remember Michael Thornton, celebrating their lives, their service, and the lasting legacy they have left in the Saint Paris community. The dedication will include a Champaign County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting, guest speakers, special performances, the unveiling of the memorial plaque, and refreshments at Whitman's Bike Shop. We invite the entire community to join us for this meaningful afternoon of remembrance and celebration as we honor two individuals who have made a lasting impact on Saint Paris
