National Mushroom Month with Mercy Health

Mushrooms are rich in essential vitamins and minerals and are valued for their meaty texture and delicate flavor. Celebrate National Mushroom Month with Mercy Health and learn how to prepare a nutritious variety of mushrooms. Please bring a container to take home possible leftovers.
