Different thinkers, strong careers

Not everyone thinks, focuses or communicates the same way, and that is not a weakness. This workshop helps students understand how their natural cognitive style shapes the way they work and solve problems. Students learn to name the specific strengths their thinking style brings to a workplace, build strategies for performing well in high-stakes situations like interviews, and develop practical communication skills for the job. No prior knowledge or self-diagnosis required. This one is for any student who has felt like they think differently from the people around them and wants to turn that into an advantage.
