Program Description: In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this workshop offers a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect. The Art of Slowing Down is a gentle, guided experience designed to help you relax your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of appreciation. Through simple, accessible stretching, you'll ease tight muscles and bring awareness back to your body. Guided breath work will help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and create a sense of steady calm. You'll also be introduced to practical gratitude exercises that shift your focus toward the present moment and what's most important to your life. No prior experience is needed - just come as you are. You'll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and equipped with easy tools you can return to anytime you need to slow down and reset.
