Get directions in the appTiffin Seneca Public Library The Teen Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will offer "Snack Smackdown" for teens entering grades six through twelve on Thursday, August 20 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. In the Frost Kalnow Room.Teens will put their taste buds to the test while sampling wild and classic flavors.
