Market St., Akron, OH 44308 Free and open to the public Join StarFall Creative Collective for the grand opening of the Community Art Supply Pantry and our fall Craft Destash Bash at Summit Artspace. This free community event is an opportunity to declutter, donate, swap, browse, and take home art and craft supplies. You do not need to bring anything to participate, and there is no cost to take materials. The Community Art Supply Pantry is a new permanent, year-round mutual-aid resource created to make art materials more accessible and keep usable creative supplies in the community rather than going to waste. Community members can visit the pantry to find free art and craft materials for personal projects, creative exploration, teaching, community programs, and more. The pantry's regular public hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 12-5 PM during Summit Artspace hours. For the September 26 Craft Destash Bash, attendees are welcome to bring clean, safe, dry, and usable art or craft supplies they no longer need. Unlike regular pantry donations, no advance donation appointment is required during the Craft Destash Bash.
