UCPMC SAFe/Agile Workshop

Join the UC Project Management Club for an interactive workshop exploring Agile project management and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Participants will learn the fundamentals of Agile methodologies, how SAFe helps organizations manage complex projects, and how these approaches are applied in real-world industries. Attendees will also hear from a SAFe/Agile certification officer, who will share insights into the certification process, professional development opportunities, and the value of Agile certifications in today's workforce. Through discussion and hands-on activities, participants will gain practical knowledge of Agile principles, team collaboration, and effective project delivery.
