Beer is endlessly complex, with the widest range of flavors of any alcoholic beverage. This can be overwhelming for novice tasters and enthusiasts, or it can be an invitation to discovery. Join us as beer writer David Nilsen talks about how to explore beer flavor without pressure or confusion, and open ourselves to what tasting beer can teach us about ourselves.
