Community Garden Share

Plant too many tomatoes this year? Are your friends and neighbors pretending not to be home when you stop by to unload your abundance of zucchini? Tired of watching your herbs and flowers wilt on the stem? Drop your extra harvest off in the special Community Garden Share area during library open hours from Tuesday, September 8 through Saturday, September 12 and share with your community! The Community Garden Share area will be located on the Community Bookshelf in the first floor lobby, near the stairs. (If additional space is needed, it may extend to a small table in front of the Community Board.) All donated produce will be available first come, first serve. You do not have to leave produce to take some. There are no limits, but please only take what you will use.
