Calming Jars

Calming jar activity 7/16 - Tweens and teens will create their own calming jar, then use guided journal prompts to reflect, reset, and express themselves in a fun, relaxed setting. This hands-on activity combines creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression while giving participants a simple tool they can use when they need a moment to slow down.
