A lifelong Northeast Ohio entrepreneur, Rayburn has built and grown companies in industrial distribution, sports and entertainment, private investment, and cannabis. In this discussion, he will share lessons on operations, leadership, business development, and scaling organizations through periods of growth and transformation. Rayburn is the founder of Buckeye Relief, a Level 1 cannabis cultivator and processor based in Eastlake, Ohio, and owner of Amplify dispensaries across Northeast Ohio and Columbus. Prior to Buckeye Relief, he led investments through Big Game Capital, with interests including the 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers, minor league baseball teams, and the 10,000 Lakes Music Festival. Earlier in his career, he grew Flexalloy Inc. From a 20-person company in two cities into a 400-person business across 13 cities before selling it in 1999.
