Listening to Your Team

Format: In person or online in Teams Facilitator: The Center for OHIO Employee Excellence Training Specialists Location: Grosvenor West Room 111 In this workshop, participants will explore how listening to understand - rather than simply to respond - can strengthen trust and collaboration within their teams. The session introduces practical strategies for effective listening and encourages participants to examine how those strategies can be applied in everyday interactions. Participants will conclude by creating a simple, actionable plan to support their teams through more intentional and attentive communication.
