Fall Lantern

Join our class on Sunday, October 11, from 6 to 8 pm to craft a festive fused glass fall lantern. The metal lantern features 4 plain glass panels. Participants will design one autumn-themed panel using fused glass, stringers, and frit. You can choose your own designs and glass colors, selecting from a variety of textures, patterns, and autumn-inspired palettes. No prior experience is necessary. Our instructor, Amy, will offer expert guidance and demonstrate the tools and techniques needed for making fused glass. We will fire the completed panels in the kiln and then assemble your lantern for you. It will be ready for pickup within a week. The fee is $45 to create one fused glass panel per lantern. The lantern and all supplies are included in the price. Registration is required by 12 pm on October 10. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and beverages. Those 21 and older may bring wine or other creativity enhancers.
