Mosaic Terracotta Square Pot

Join our class on Wednesday, September 9, from 6 to 8 pm to create a beautiful mosaic on a 4 " terracotta square pot. In this enjoyable and artistic session, you'll use ceramic tiles or stones (tesserae) to craft your own unique mosaic design. After adhering the pieces, you'll take your mosaic pot home to complete the final grouting step. This is necessary because the pot needs 24 to 48 hours to dry, allowing the adhesive to set properly and ensuring the tiles stay firmly in place when applying the grout. Once completed, you'll have a vibrant, textured, and weather-resistant home for plants. As a bonus for this project, everyone will receive a lovely fresh succulent to take home and plant in their mosaic pot. These succulents come from the amazing Country Creek Greenhouse, located at 1283 E Main St in Woodville, Ohio. No experience is required; our expert instructor Joni Hasselbach will provide step-by-step instructions. The class fee is $39 per person and is non-refundable. The price includes: a 4" terracotta square pot, tiles, stones, and adhesive to create the mosaic design, plus a take-home kit of grout, gloves, a bowl and sponge, and a fresh succulent. Feel free to bring food and drinks, and those 21 and older may bring wine or other creativity enhancers. Registration must be completed by September 8. Please note that the first two photos are of pots before grouting, while the third photo shows a pot after the grouting is completed and dried.
