Wellness Walk

In partnership with OhioHealth Fitness Center Program runs weekly, Wednesdays at 11AM Enjoy fresh air and take in Kingwood's natural beauty on a ¾ mile loop. Finish with a 10-minute stretch session to improve muscle tone, flexibility and range of motion. Feel refreshed and restored in mind, body, and spirit. Dress for the weather, including appropriate shoes. Free for Members $10 Non-members SilverSneakers free (must enter member number and show card upon arrival) Register! Please note: These individual programs occur weekly. Registration is weekly, and not for the series. Slots for each class will open for enrollment the week prior.
