Grief is a complex journey, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Join us for Finding Your Rhythm in Grief, a compassionate, four-week music therapy series designed to help you remember and honor any loss. This series is facilitated by a licensed and board-certified music therapist, providing a professional and supportive environment to process grief safely and creatively. Over these four sessions, participants will: Utilize music as an active tool for healthy coping and emotional regulation. No prior musical experience or "talent" is necessary - just a willingness to listen, share, and connect. Join us to find support, expression, and a sense of rhythm as you navigate your healing journey.
