Baby and Caregiver Yoga (Ages 3 -18 Months)

Move, breathe, and bond with your baby in this gentle yoga class led by a registered yoga teacher. Caregivers will learn simple techniques to support their baby's motor development, body awareness, and early emotional regulation through movement and play. You'll also enjoy gentle, restorative yoga poses designed to help reduce stress and promote relaxation. This class is for babies ages 3 - 18 months and their caregiver. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to the program. Registration for this free program is required and begins Sat., August 22, at 9 AM.
