On the eve of his 90th birthday, come join us as we recount Moon Mullins' contributions to and impact on southwestern Ohio's culture and community through his multi-faceted career in bluegrass music. Hear wonderful stories told by one of the industry's premier historians and Moon's friends and family. --- Paul "Moon" Mullins led a multi-faceted music career as a bluegrass fiddler, radio personality, concert promoter, and more. A native of Menifee County, Kentucky, he moved to the Miami Valley of Ohio in 1964 to work at Middletown's WPFB radio station during the historical Appalachian migration. His legacy and impact on the bluegrass and country music footprint of the southwestern Ohio region cannot be overstated. This panel discussion is hosted by Real Roots Radio and the Greene County Public Library, featuring Joe Mullins, Mark Rader, Fred Bartenstein, and Daniel Mullins as special guests.
